Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The base pay is good, and the product itself works well in the right market. But there’s been a lot of restructuring, and only a few teams get most of the inbound leads, which have way higher close rates. Reps in low-lead territories are expected to hit the same numbers without the same resources and have little flexibility to adjust strategies. Even though they say it’s outcome-based, strict quotas make it tough to try new approaches. The comp structure really favors big wins, but if you don’t hit 50% of your quota, you get nothing, which can feel demotivating in challenging markets. As the company adjusts to outbound sales and gears up to go public, it sometimes seems like they’re trying to make everyone fit one mold, even if that doesn’t match the market or individual style. Many reps are working super hard, but only about a quarter seem truly happy with the role. That said, the team itself is amazing & they genuinely care about the industry. Overall, if you can hit the ground running with their set approach, it can work, but it may be hard if you need more flexibility. Browse Other Reviews
