This was an awesome company. The new leadership and focus on IPO has turned this into an old school boiler room. They don’t care about you as a person, only your number. If you struggle you’ll be kicked out. Look at how many reps have 7 months of experience with R365, 3 months to ramp, 3 to struggle and 1 to PIP out.

High pressure and not reslistic. They record all calls and communication using over 8 apps. Micromanaging from the top down.

Leaders are awesome, fun place to work with a great culture and product. It’s definitely heavy outbound, so if you’re looking for an easy inbound role, this isn’t it.
