Not too many reps make sales and BDRs struggle with booking meetings. BDRs only get commission once they're hit a 75% threshold of their quota. If they only hit 74%, they only get paid base salary.

Lowered my base + commission offer before I joined, implemented a quota threshold right after I joined, then had really poor guidance the whole way through. Total bros club and offered little to no growth opportunity. Bad market fit, and sells to a dying industry.
