Product fit is great. Comp plan was a joke and kept changing every quarter, with quotas being raised 25% every quarter for 4+ consecutive quarters.

Remote has been great! For people that do what they are supposed to do they succeed. For those that don't, and only work at a bare minimum will not be successful here. Leadership is very supportive, and makes changes with sales success in mind. It is easy to exceed quota here and the benefits are incredible!
