It’s not been easy to achieve quotas since they have changed the team to hunters and farmers, stripping away producing accounts. Quotas seem arbitrary and constantly change. Also health insurance is extremely expensive in the US and they’ve not offered a stipend to offset what it costs for my family.

Current Employee5.0Dec 4, 2023Remote has been great! For people that do what they are supposed to do they succeed. For those that don't, and only work at a bare minimum will not be successful here. Leadership is very supportive, and makes changes with sales success in mind. It is easy to exceed quota here and the benefits are incredible!
