Culture is really good, but the money is not. It’s not been easy to achieve quotas since they have changed the team to hunters and farmers, stripping away producing accounts. Quotas seem arbitrary and constantly change. Also health insurance is extremely expensive in the US and they’ve not offered a stipend to offset what it costs for my family.

Used to have good inbound leads till the team expanded too large, too quickly. Compensation is fair.

The amount of churn at the CRO level was borderline ridiculous. There are constant changes but since the majority of changes are made by sales enablement, it usually causes AEs to have to work more. Managers are alright but VP level and above are not great. For such a great product, the internal work environment is not good as everyone believes they will be let go...Read More
