Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. Despite its appealing outward appearance and advertised values, there is a lack of integrity and genuine values within. Employees often feel undervalued and mistreated, with instances of favoritism and discrimination. The company seems more focused on impressing investors than fostering a positive work environment. If considering employment here, be wary of the disparity between advertised values and actual practices.

Drastic operational changes to the AMER Sales org have made it very hard to hit quota at this company now.

I would stay away from this place. It used to be a great place to work when I joined, but since Summer of 2022 it's been going downhill rapidly. The culture of the company is toxic as hell, there's so much prefential treatment for lead flow, and there's no clarity on inbound lead rotation. Some get 10-20/month, some get 0-5.
