The Sales Org is ran by someone who has never sold anything and it shows. They keep people on who are clueless and lucky push out those that know what they’re doing but have had some bad luck. They are scared of their service provider customers and the biggest competitor is their own product.

Great founding team and culture. Acquired by Relativity so hard to say what the team is like today. Cool AI product but selling into legal was tough.

The right team and manager are so important here. The company does a pulse survey to check on employee satisfaction, but they don’t measure it by unique team. They bundle each review according to department and are completely in the dark to know about which teams struggle most.
