Relativity is a legacy software company that is trying to find it's way in a modern world. They added a lot of people, multiple acquisitions, and leadership changes while trying to integrate products, launch new products, and find product market fit. While their was investment in employees and culture, it was a very difficult selling environment, unless you were in the legacy teams. Ultimately, none of the trimmings made this a worthwhile opportunity. If you are considering a sales role at this company, make sure you are in a group that is selling to the core base and not an expansion area.

Overall positive experience working here. Relativity is the 500lb gorilla in a competitive market. Experience and satisfaction with the role depends HIGHLY on the team/manager you are working under.

Great founding team and culture. Acquired by Relativity so hard to say what the team is like today. Cool AI product but selling into legal was tough.
