The right team and manager are so important here. The company does a pulse survey to check on employee satisfaction, but they don’t measure it by unique team. They bundle each review according to department and are completely in the dark to know about which teams struggle most.

Great founding team and culture. Acquired by Relativity so hard to say what the team is like today. Cool AI product but selling into legal was tough.
