Questionable leadership and strategy for corporate inside sales team in APAC - with heavy politics. Some people get promoted despite not achieving quota due to favoritism and politics. Global leadership is decent - corp leadership in APAC is questionable with high turnover. Please beware!

My overall experience at Redis has been great. We had changes last year that built up to a great FY25. Comp plans are new and made many people happy. Focusing on PG and bringing new logos allowed quite a few people to hit their targets early on.
