Worldclass product, sales org is going to through a revamp with a new CEO, CRO, VP of Sales and new Sales Management. Previous sales leadership were lackluster, sales org did not match how well the product is in the market, and is now bridging the gap. New comp plan, OTE structure, variable pay, commissions, and bonuses are extremely generous. They designed it for you to want to hit quota and exceed your number!

Less than 10% of reps are actually hitting quota. Recent licensing change has made it incredibly difficult to compete with AWS and Valkey. People are jumping ship. Leadership is a joke, they think you are replaceable and fire you or put you in a magical PIP. It takes more resources to recruit and ramp a brand new rep than actually focus on building your teams...Read More
