Worldclass product, sales org is going to through a revamp with a new CEO, CRO, VP of Sales and new Sales Management. Previous sales leadership were lackluster, sales org did not match how well the product is in the market, and is now bridging the gap. New comp plan, OTE structure, variable pay, commissions, and bonuses are extremely generous. They designed it for you to want to hit quota and exceed your number!

My overall experience at Redis has been great. We had changes last year that built up to a great FY25. Comp plans are new and made many people happy. Focusing on PG and bringing new logos allowed quite a few people to hit their targets early on.
