Worldclass product, sales org is going to through a revamp with a new CEO, CRO, VP of Sales and new Sales Management. Previous sales leadership were lackluster, sales org did not match how well the product is in the market, and is now bridging the gap. New comp plan, OTE structure, variable pay, commissions, and bonuses are extremely generous. They designed it for you to want to hit quota and exceed your number!

Redis is a good place to work in sales. There are a few things that need to be changed, but the new leadership is making this happen. They will continue to grow and win the market.
