Former Employee Less than 10% of reps are actually hitting quota. Recent licensing change has made it incredibly difficult to compete with AWS and Valkey. People are jumping ship. Leadership is a joke, they think you are replaceable and fire you or put you in a magical PIP.
It takes more resources to recruit and ramp a brand new rep than actually focus on building your teams correctly. VP has been reported multiple times by other reps to HR and is untouchable. Redis has turned to a “Boys Club.”
Run away from this company!!
