Redis has been and continues to be an amazing opportunity for the right people. You work hard, you are part of a great team and the upside is there if you put in the work. The technical enablement team is amazing and people are willing to help when you have questions and need answers. It's not an easy gig to obtain but if you manage to get hired you're going to like it here.

My overall experience at Redis has been great. We had changes last year that built up to a great FY25. Comp plans are new and made many people happy. Focusing on PG and bringing new logos allowed quite a few people to hit their targets early on.
