The company struggles with GTM consistency, there were a lot of changes in the past couple years and processes are not very sticky. This makes everything very time consuming and dilutes the effort of sales people.

Overall, the product is great and meets expectations. However, the future direction and plans for the company are a bit unclear. Breaking into the enterprise market seems to be challenging.
