Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I moved around quite a bit and this has resulted in much higher than average compensation plan, but the modern climate is very poor for my particular industry due to business challenges. The hardest part of selling at Red Hat is the fact that everything you sell can be obtained for free if the customer has the knowledge and capacity to self-support. IBM is only recently pushing influence, mostly by focusing on the very largest customers and deals and letting the rest fend for the scraps. Browse Other Reviews
