Good people but leadership has constant infighting. Transparency lacks. Grows through M and A and it can be a complete cluster.

Leadership was biased and gaslights employees. Best talent and mentors all moved on. Constantly cycled how quota and comp were negotiated. Worst part was the lack of transparency around pay. They robbed top performing reps blind if you were not ‘in’ with the managers around the office. Would tell all SDRs and Account or Solution representatives that they’re better...Read More

Not a bad company. My managers truly cared about your development. Unfortunately the company as a whole wasn’t run properly. A new CEO came and made some wonderful changes in the implementation process.
