My overall experience was ok at best. My coworkers were fantastic. Still talk to them today and we all made the most out of a crappy department. The work itself and leadership culture was not good. Leadership was never on the same page with each other and director of sales was very passive aggressive and could not take push back. Pay was below market. I sat in the seat that produced the most revenue for the department but our team was not compensated like it. It seemed they limited your earning potential because of their budget. One AE worked some of the biggest deals ever in department history and they changed his comp plan to a lower % commission.

My overall experience was poor. No diversity and a very toxic workplace. I would not recommend Ramsey Solutions as a job experience, and wish I had departed sooner.

I loved my time at Ramsey! Great place for me to start my sales career. We received tons of training and the people were fantastic. I wish more of the reps would have been able to hit their quotas. I may still be there were the goals more attainable.
