My overall experience was poor. No diversity and a very toxic workplace. I would not recommend Ramsey Solutions as a job experience, and wish I had departed sooner.

My overall experience was ok at best. My coworkers were fantastic. Still talk to them today and we all made the most out of a crappy department. The work itself and leadership culture was not good. My overall experience was ok at best. The people I worked with were great but leadership was not what the company communicated. Heavy micro-managing and the salary was far below market-value.

I loved my Ramsey experience overall! Great place to start my sales career. Training was fantastic, and the product was awesome! I would have preferred a higher base and a little more flexibility.
