My overall experience was ok at best. The people I worked with were great but leadership was not what the company communicated. Heavy micro-managing and the salary was far below market-value.

My overall experience was poor. No diversity and a very toxic workplace. I would not recommend Ramsey Solutions as a job experience, and wish I had departed sooner.
