Quorum has a best in market product. The comp is low for the amount of skill and effort expected. It is a bit of a boys club and there is a lot of petty workplace drama, part of that is the industry. Customers overall are great compared to other companies I’ve worked at. There is a disconnect between leadership and ICs.

pay is way below average- they have a unique structure where no matter what your quota is you get the same bonus. So someone with a $10m quota who hits would get paid the same as someone with a $1m quota, or the business seems to value that $10m and $1m equally.
