Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee pay is way below average- they have a unique structure where no matter what your quota is you get the same bonus. So someone with a $10m quota who hits would get paid the same as someone with a $1m quota, or the business seems to value that $10m and $1m equally.
Often changes structure and eliminates roles overnight with no plan in place for next steps.
Positives are that there is a great culture, flexibility to work remotely, understanding that family needs don’t exist solely outside of 9-6, and there’s a lot of product upside.
