No SOP in place and wild west of selling with a hero sales mentality that banks on 1-2 deals a quarter closing. Honestly don't know how the company is still in business as they have less than 15% annual growth. They use two CRMs (Quickbase and Salesforce) so be prepared to spend a lot of time on admin and not selling. Out of 15 enterprise sellers less then 20% hit quota.

My experience started out great at Quickbase. In the past 6 months, numbers, morale, and overall energy at Quickbase has dropped. People are complaining a lot more and there is a lot less positivity in the company. The people at Quickbase are still great and the main reason why I'm still sticking around.
