My overall experience was great. I loved the product, the incentives/comp plans, and my management. Leadership seemed to be a bit out of touch, and created a lot of toxicity and fear.

overall experience has been good - have a great manager, territory has grown over the years. Ramp is about 1 -1.5 years, not an easy sell but once you get going its not bad. We have some work to do on our internal processes
