overall experience has been good - have a great manager, territory has grown over the years. Ramp is about 1 -1.5 years, not an easy sell but once you get going its not bad. We have some work to do on our internal processes

I've never witnessed such poor performance across the board for hitting quota. The organization sells "experience" solutions, and the internal employee experience scores have been horrible YOY. This is one of the worst Enterprise sales roles I have ever had. Each month there is a new directive and the internal processes are horrible. C-Suite leaders say that they care about Quota Carrying Reps but their actions do not reflect this. I do not recommend this company. They let go of some amazing people in October and are hiring in Mexico City to save money.

Role was very promising. I just got caught up in their first ever layoffs (5% of workforce) as they were preparing themselves to be sold.
