Constant change of positions that has been going on for a number of years is preventing reps from settling into their territories and hindering their success. They are a well established company but the internal workings are that of a brand new start up.

The amount of turnover in leadership, territories and product/AE alignment in the 19 months that I have been at Qualtrics has made success challenging. Qualtrics was the worst experience of my 20 year sales career. They grossly misrepresented quota relief during my vetting process and failed to setup 90% of enterprise reps for success.
