Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall experience was great at the start, and for an entry role it is very good. However, once you start to grow within this role, and achieve your targets, you quickly realise that the Compensation for the role is not reflective of the work you do.
As well as that, there has been a drop in the promotion of culture within this role.
