Quota hitting percentage is going down fast. In addition, there is a good old boys/girls club that seems to get best accounts year over year.

Dishonest leadership constantly moves the goal posts and a culture that just keeps getting worse and more toxic, especially since being bought by PE firm. Things continue to get worse. Stay away.
