Qualtrics used to be wonderful place with great leadership who cared. Now its a shell of itself. Dishonest leadership constantly moves the goal posts and a culture that just keeps getting worse and more toxic, especially since being bought by PE firm. Things continue to get worse. Stay away.

My overall experience was a mix of good and bad. My team, managers, and leadership were honestly the best part of the job. There was a lot of mix messages during the time I worked there based on the ownership by SAP and the eventual purchase by the PE company. I was laid off.

Qualtrics is a great company with solid compensation structure. Improvement is needed in the company's sales processes.
