Different culture between Public Sector org and HQ in Utah. Not sure how things have changed in the years since I left, however, the Pub Sec org was out on an island and had odd dynamics between team members.

There are is still a huge opportunity to succeed but expect to get there on your own, training, internal systems, and marketing are all the worst I've seen in the industry. Great if you are on a good team, terrible on a bad one.
