Qlik is a solid company with above average pay. The leadership team however is beyond dated and filled with mostly IBM and Oracle robots who haven’t adjusted to the new reality of the data space.

Incredible product. Rarely lose deals for technical reasons. It is a very technical sales cycle at times. Deal size and sales cycle length can vary greatly. Company itself is doing well but base and OTE comp plans are likely under market value.
