The company lacked a clear culture, and there was little effort to build team engagement or community. Leadership was often absent, providing minimal direction or support. Compensation was average for the industry, but no raises had been given in over three years. There was little recognition for strong performance, making it difficult to stay motivated. Overall, the environment lacked the structure and growth opportunities needed for long-term career development.

The organization is making rapid changes and improvements; however, they don't have the people to support the changes. The people with experience are getting burnt out and there is not job security since the Thoma Bravo acquisition.
