Bad management is going to cost them. Two system upgrades at the same time and every day you go in unable to do your job because of all the bugs. Hope the CFO is held accountable for this horrible decision. There’s only one person to resolve all the system issues and they have to go to the third party consultants for help. SO INEFFICIENT! Also, they don’t consult the frontline workers before implementing changes to the system because that would make far too much sense. Daily SH*T Show. Glad I have one foot out the door.

Overall my experience was decent. For the first two years, OTE was excellent. This, however, was during the pandemic. Post-pandemic the business tried to grow too quickly and it was not sustainable. The company has changed significantly over the last 2.5 years. There was a time when leadership was great and you could over-achieve on quota. There was a time when there were lots of inbounds to support quota attainment. Unfortunately, leadership changed, inbounds disappeared and no one is overachieving on quota. Suggest avoiding this one.
