Pay is horrible compared to other companies in the market with no equity offers per offer letter or stipends for phone or internet.

Current Employee2.4Sep 10, 2024My overall experience was mixed. Progress has a financial driven culture, not a sales culture. Upper management keeps changing every year in sales which throws everything into chaos. Lots of spreadsheets, big brother and counting things, meetings, calls, etc.
