My overall experience was mixed. Progress has a financial driven culture, not a sales culture. Upper management keeps changing every year in sales which throws everything into chaos. Lots of spreadsheets, big brother and counting things, meetings, calls, etc.

The culture was awful. The executive leadership and his cronies don’t know how to manage a lemonade stand.

SEs are top notch. Biggest downside is Progress is growth by acquisition, so existing product lines don’t get much by the way of investment.
