Leads are old and follow up on past campaigns are months late. Everything seems to move really slow from transferring leads to resolving IT request. Pay is horrible compared to other companies in the market with no equity offers per offer letter or stipends for phone or internet.

I worked for their DataDirect division for 10+ years and made Club every year, and President's Council several years. Comp was fair and culture was outstanding. Many of my colleagues are still there notching decade+ careers.

Minimal product investment. Pure M&A growth model. Recently nixed the COE trips in favor of RSU's (much to the dismay of many).
