ShareFile was acquired by Progress Software in November 2024. I was initially offered a permanent position, and later, during their continued restructuring, I was laid off. The time that I did work for the company there were great benefits, plenty of swag, and opportunities to connect. Seamless processes. Even when I was laid off, I was offered an ok severance package.

The executives of this company are grim reapers. They acquired us and cut 90% of the sales team to offshore the jobs in Costa Rica and India. They were friendly up to the point of the ink drying.
