Worst leadership I've seen in my 17 years of enterprise sales. No structure around lead routing or territory alignment. The process is in everyone's head with no documentation. $1 of organic expansion is equal to $1 of new business. Professional development and training is non-existent.

My overall experience was poor. If you aren't in with the boys club from the PE firm that owns the company, they don't care about you at all. Management lied to me multiple times - I honestly don't know if anyone at the company truly knows what is happening here at any given moment, because the owner of the PE firm actually holds all the cards and decision making.
