No positive direction from leadership in over a year to empower this sales team. Bringing c-suite personnel onto calls does more harm than good due to their lack of market/product knowledge. As an AE here expect to have accounts taken out of your name for the primary reason of leadership not "liking" you.

Worst leadership I've seen in my 17 years of enterprise sales. No structure around lead routing or territory alignment. The process is in everyone's head with no documentation. $1 of organic expansion is equal to $1 of new business. Professional development and training is non-existent.

Not great; wasn’t a clear cut expectation for my role. Not a clear vision from upper management so a month or so of work would go to waste when pivoting. Lots of churn and in my opinion an expensive tool that does not provide much value. I really liked my manager and coworkers but the company as a whole seemed confused.
