The quota is unattainable and at this point is only being hit by 20% of the reps. Hitting quota is totally dependent on your book of business / territory. If you don’t hit 100% of your quota for 2 consecutive quarters your job is in jeopardy. The product is a market leader but our customers do not like us. We’ve become a necessary evil in the industry and our customers want to leave us as soon as there is a better alternative.

Procore is a great company with excellent product market fit. Hopefully changes come with either quota reduction or headcount reduction in 2024 because right now 7/45 reps on the GC hit quota on average each month.

I’ve talked to many AEs in my segment and one step above but the consensus is last year 22’ was much different than this year, complete 180. Over hiring and slashing books of territories have led to many unhappy sales reps looking to leave soon. Think the days of a happy culture at Procore may be behind us.
