I found Procore to have a great product but not the great culture they talk about. Sales spent more time reviewing deals and talking about deals than actually working the deal

The quota is unattainable and at this point is only being hit by 20% of the reps. Hitting quota is totally dependent on your book of business / territory. If you don’t hit 100% of your quota for 2 consecutive quarters your job is in jeopardy. The product is a market leader but our customers do not like us.
