My overall experience has been solid. Procore hires great people and it has been amazing to work alongside them. There is definitely a cap to how much you can make, and pricing structure and overall cost is causing a ton of uncontrollable churn.

Huge TAM. The construction industry is hardly recognizing the shift to technology, Procore has a really great product that is known as the premiere software for contractors. I joined at a turbulent time, company both globally and in APAC was in a state of flux - hiring many new leaders (Whole Global Sales Org LT team was refreshed since December 23) Next FY could be a solid year as all the new GTM changes are bedded down.
