Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee My overall experience has been positive to begin with. As of late the company is going through a myriad of change in a short period of time. Change is constant, and also not always necessary. What was once a great place to work with a great culture has really progressed on a downhill trajectory as the company learns how to best operate as a publicly traded entity. Many of the values Procore was founded on have disappeared over time and created an atmosphere and attitude of politically charged behavior as individuals jockey for position in a tumultuous time.
