Current Employee To avoid internal cuts with underperforming reps, they decrease comp structures in order to pay sales less even with top performers. People performing at 25%-50% of quota are getting paid more than performers at top 1% of the company due to tenure- something is broken. Company penny pinches in order to increase profit at end of year by not having raises to match any reasonable salary on the market or geography based- taking away potential to earn commission by lowering commission rates and accelerators.. coming from a top performer at the top 1% globally.
