Good product with little competition Very poor approach to hard times with the cutting of marketing budget which has resulted in a huge drop off of inbound leads. Management putting the onus on pipeline generation to the sales team. Complex and difficult processes mean less time available for revenue generation and added stress and pressure on sales.
