Quota is too high for average deal size and tons of wonky rules like account segmentation, retaining accounts, inbound lead routing, and leadership without a lot of experience running software companies.
PowerDMS prior to being acquired by NeoGov was solid and amazing. This might be a great place to cut your chops as a new seller, but if you're experienced there's a lot here that will baffle and frustrate you.
Base pay is much lower than industry average and likely taking advantage of the fact most of their sellers work up from SDR's and don't have experience elsewhere.
The product is great and customers appreciate your product - but you as a rep won't have much control over pricing, discounting, who you're talking to or the product you're selling. The SDR mechanism here runs the ship, not sellers. This part is seriously broken and leadership uninterested in fixing it as they're convinced it's working fine.
If you're looking to get experience, it's a decent company. But don't expect as a seasoned seller to be content here. Browse Other Reviews
