Majority of sales are from inbound leads. Minimal transparency in true leadership objectives with inability to grow in the company to more advanced roles. Compensation is different for each seller and adjusted throughout the year as decided and dictated by the VP of sales. Unequal opportunity and unequal outcome for each direct contributor.

The product is wonderful, highly effective for customers. That's honestly about it. Quota is too high for average deal size and tons of wonky rules like account segmentation, retaining accounts, inbound lead routing, and leadership without a lot of experience running software companies.
