Podium is a great place to get your start in sales, especially tech sales. Some teammates and leaders genuinely want to improve themselves and help those around them and their behavior reflects that, others not so much.

Churn and burn! Leaders have little to no experience and were promoted as a result of good timing during the covid tech boom. I would stay away unless this is your only option to break into tech.
