Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The "Strategic" BDR team was supposed to be the top level BDRs in the company. The team performed well but was not recognized for such. Comp plan was horrible, with 100% of your commission coming from what your AE's closed, not your own quota attainment. I was over 100% quota but made maybe 20% of my commission variable. Leadership told us they didn't want to be bothered by our feedback on this. Basically no inbound leads, training was based entirely on whatever the person leading the training had done to find success years ago, so it varied wildly and was out of date.
Good product for developers to learn coding languages, but not great for learners in the IT space. Browse Other Reviews
