Team members are exceptional; upper leadership not so much. Career progression is almost non-existent, and since the acquisition it has been a rough to succeed anywhere.

Good company with good people, but questionable market opportunity from a growth perspective. Shrinking market leads to lots of layoffs, but if you put your head down and do the work, there's money to be made.

Great manager but unrealistic expectations from upper management. Given a territory with no pipeline so had to start from scratch. Few leads and poor infrastructure (SFDC was a mess as a result if acquisition of another company.). Little support from marketing.
